How much notice is needed to carry out a leaflet distribution?
We normally need 7-14 working days notice from the time of a confirmed booking to start an efficient distribution(this applies to shared distributions where we may need to find another client to share the costs with you)
Sometimes we can arrange an urgent job quicker (generally Solus Distributions)
Is there a minimum/maximum amount of leaflets you will deliver?
Yes. The minimum order we will accept is 1000.
Due to the sheer volume of customers we receive, the maximum order on shared distributions is 5000 & solus distributions 10000 per month depending on other work contracts during that month
What forms of payment do you accept?
We will provide instructions for our payment terms, our preferred payment type is by cheque or BACS transfers and also we can accept credit/debit cards at our office or at your loaction.
How do I get my leaflets to you so that they can be distributed?
We will give you clear delivery instructions once your order is confirmed.
We do not provide a collection service so flyers will have to be delivered to our office prior to the distribution taking place, either by the client or can be delivered directly by your printers
Is there anything you will not distribute?
For a variety of reasons we will no longer distribute any political circulars.
We also do not enter into sub-contracting arrangements with promotional or marketing companies as we prefer to deal with our clients directly.
How will I know that my leaflets have been distributed?
As well as supplying our clients with a delivery report including our GPS tracking using the strava app of the distributors route, also a good way to know if the leaflets have been distributed would be your company getting leads or orders, however please bear in mind that we are not a lead generation service - we can only deliver your leaflets and results will vary according to several factors outside of our work.
Solus leaflet distribution will normally produce better results than shareplan leaflet distribution and do please remember that people sometimes do not respond immediately to leaflets.
There have been cases where people keep leaflets for up to 2 years before they respond.
Are there any special instructions I need to follow when sending my leaflets to you?
You need to ensure that your box has a leaflet taped to the outside stating the number of leaflets enclosed or if your flyers are coming direct from a printers then it is your responsibility to ensure that they clearly state how many leaflets are in each box (minimum of 1k - maximum of 2k a box). We do not accept bags or opened boxes of loose leaflets
Failure to adhere to the above and we will reserve the right to refuse to take in your leaflets for distribution
Payment will need to be made in advance of distribution commencing or within 10 days of being invoiced if credit has been agreed
